If you decide to sell these in 10–20 years, they will keep their worth better than a used container because they will survive much longer and look much nicer. All brand-new 40-foot high-cube shipping containers have a 28-mm marine plywood floor throughout, an approximately 5-year CSC plate if being used for export, and heavy-duty cargo doors with a rubber seal.

These 40-foot high-cube shipping containers are of excellent quality and look professional, making them perfect for use in any yard where you want to maintain a tidy, clean appearance. These containers all come complete with high security lock boxes (padlock covers).

Customers that require the extra height or who might wish to use a forklift to enter and exit the shipping container frequently choose the high cube option. (Fork truck sizes vary naturally, however compared to regular height containers, many more models can fit inside a high cube container)

If you attempt to raise a loaded 40-foot shipping container from the fork pockets, it will likely bend and be written off in a matter of seconds. Forklift pockets are no longer included as standard equipment in all of our suppliers’ shipping containers; instead, they are available as an option.
